Golden yellow and with fine-pored head in the glass. The used hops variety Fuggels makes it smell grassy, minty and even slightly earthy. Pleasant malty caramel notes mix with the light bitterness of the hop to create a harmonious drinking pleasure.

Amber brown in color, served with beige foam, thin, compact and average persistence.
Into the smell caramel and biscuit malt are in evidence, but not intrusive and overdone: in any case clean.
At the taste you can feel more strongly the biscuit and the bready effect, also remaining clean and drinkable beer with a good body for being a Marzen.
Aftertaste attenuates the feeling of biscuit, so you can feel even a drop of hops (previously absent), although it does not persist for so long.
Marzen certainly a well made and clean. It's worth it!
