Real nice beer too drink with mexican food.

Chimú pours an amber color. No lacing and minimal carbonation. The smell has restrained biscuit and caramel aromas, but the taste is far more biscuity - like Fat Tire in the 2000s, but with a slight hint of a polenta-like flavor from the corn. Finishes sweet with a bready crispness.
