Modest head which leaves some minor spots. The liquid is hazy and straw colored.
Mild aroma with a good pale malt presence. Not very bitter or flowery.
The flavor is well balanced with a decent malt start and a peppery hop finish. Both the body and the carbonation are above average. The finish has a pleasant white pepper bite. No alcohol but a very pleasant beer.
