L: Golden, crystal clear, excellent head retention, tons of carbonation apparent.
S: Soft graininess, honey sweetness, granola, and light floral hops
T: Up front is the sweet grain, finishes with a slight bitterness that is floral and slightly earthy, slightly spicy
F: Only qualm is it drinks a tad thin, even for a pils. That being said it is ludicously refreshing, light, effervescent, crisp but not overly so, as some domestic pils suffer from.
O: Appreciate the head retention on this beer, and appreciate that it doesn't try to be too much. Everything is well balanced, has plenty of flavor but things are done tastefully. Its nice to enjoy a domestic pils that isn't overbearing, as some American pilsners tend to go a little nuts with the hops.

Pours a golden amber with pristine clarity but no bubbles making their way up from the bottom. it is serene with a fat head of white foam that fell fast. Nose is light with malt. No hops, no diacetyl, no dms. Light sweetness from pils malt. Taste is good. Crispness from hops and a slight little and I mean little bit of bitterness. Mostly malty palate that is light enough, dry enough and just a touch sweet. It is missing bubbles. While those hops are cool and crisp this should have a few more bubbles to finish it. I am missing the characteristic and cumulative german style bitterness. Finishes sweet and malty and a touch thin.
