No noticeable date, but a recent arrival, so assuming that it is reasonably fresh.

Clear gold, with moderate, medium-coarse white head.

Smells of lightly-sweet toasted grain, straw, honey, fall flowers after a rain (goldenrod, bedstraw, aster) , and very slight coriander+pepper spiciness. All the elements that should be there, enticing, & in good balance.

Taste is similar to aroma, but drier : toasted grain, honey, lightly grassy, with some floral & spice. Light bitterness, that lingers awhile after finish.

Feel is light-medium, on the verge of slightly slick, but doesn't quite get there, as the light, very, very fine, lightly-sharp carbonation comes in. Lingering dryness after finish.

Overall, a very enjoyable brew, that I'd welcome anytime. Wish it had a bit more, and more persistent, carbonation, but that's a minor point. First time encountering this, and will definitely go back for more.

Got a bottle of this last month on a trip I went on recently with my wife to the Finger Lakes region of New York for a vacation. Poured out of a 12 oz bottle into a pilsner/pokal glass, this beer pours a mainly clear, medium to dark golden color with lots of streams of little bubbles fairly rapidly and continuously rising to the beer's surface and a white head that's over an inch thick when first poured. Head settles to a thick white ring lining the inside of the glass along with solid, film layer of foam on the beer's surface. Decent lacing. Aromas of some bready, grainy malts that gives way to some floral, earthy hops. The taste is pretty much the same, with some bready malts and other graininess that gives way to some floral, herbal, earthy hops. Great balance of flavors. Not a very complex flavor profile, but quite tasty indeed. Has a crisp, yet smooth, slightly prickly, medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish with a somewhat bready, biscuity aftertaste. Easy to drink in the good way well crafted beer ought to be. A nice offering here indeed.
