Welcome in autumn with this classic Marzen-style amber lager. Traditionally decoction mashed for a richer body and flavor, this lager tastes like toasted wonderbread drizzled with honey. A gentle bitterness and clean dry finish combine with a moderate ABV to keep it drinkable and refreshing.

Draft at the brewery
Ruby red color, semi clear light fizzy head
Nose grainy malt, cereal bit very toasted cereal, into a mild sweet caramel like toasted biscuity red malt, some fruity notes under that, faint hop
Taste more malt up front, grainy with fair sweet malt, toasted with a bit of caramel toffee hints but not the sweet side of them, toasted cereal, touch of bitterness, semi sweet finish
Mouth is med bod, med carb,
Overall not quite in the style but a decent toasted malt lager
