Vignoles grapes picked and pressed from our own vineyard are added to this kettle sour for a tart, tropical beer. Mango and passionfruit blended with a hint of sweet berry leads the way with a semi dry, wine-like finish.

Draft at the brewery
Mostly clear golden tan color, fair fizzy head with lower retention
Nose some sour funk, lacto creamy tart funk, big musty Vignoles wine and grape skin, very fruity white wine and pome fruit, semi sweet
Taste starts tart with more lacto sour creamy funk, Berliner like with a little wheat as well, then more Vignoles wine, little tannin and grape skin, sweet fruity white wine, general fruit, drier finish a touch flemmy
Mouth is med to lighter bod, med carb, a touch flemmy fair acidity
