Crystal clear and incredibly drinkable with a hint of creamy sweetness from the use of flaked maize, El Vaquero is modeled after the blonde German Lagers that emigrated to Mexico during WWII. Colored with notes of honey, white grape, and lemon with a distinctly balanced noble backbone.

12oz can. No dating information found.
Clear, pale straw colored body. One finger of white head, and this becomes a thin cap and high ring. Minor spot lacing left behind.
Aroma is mainly toasted malts, and a hint of noble hops.
Taste is dry, with honey toasted malts and a bit of floral/herbal hops, which express lemon. Thin aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Clean and crisp finish. Good carbonation.
Lighter expressing beer, but definite expression of malts and hops.
