New Zealand has relatively quickly become one of the most dynamic and interesting hop growing regions in the world, spearheaded by the release and consequent popularity of a singular new hop varietal called Nelson Sauvin. This Hazy IPA features the Nelson-indicative characteristics of sauvignon blanc must, gooseberry, and tropical fruit accentuated by fresh wheatgrass, grapefruit, and papaya. Named after the beloved pub in Hobbiton (nerds will get it).
