This beer is our homage to the classic Dark Mexican Lagers like Bohemia Oscura and Negra Modelo. Easy drinking and dry but with a slightly malty sweet impression, La Vaquera features notes of fruity cacao bean and light roast coffee with nuances of white grape. Brewed as a companion to our El Vaquero with Montana-grown Pilsner malt and corn complemented with German Munich and Melanoidin malts.
