Ask most anyone from Munich Germany what their favorite beer is and the answer is resoundingly HELLES! (The word “hell” in German means “light” or "pale") This style is Bavaria’s take on Pilsner - less hoppy with a slight malty balance while remaining clean, crisp, and elegant. Ours is fermented with yeast from the beloved Augustiner brewery in Munich and lagered over a month to encourage a refined, cohesive, and delightfully repeatable experience.
