Crisp, flavorful, and deliciously repeatable, this gorgeous Japanese-style rice lager is brewed with a blend of local and continental Pilsner malts, rice, German Saphir and Loral hops, and our house lager yeast. Using rice for a portion of the grist results in a thinner, drier beer, perfect for producing delicate, thirst-quenching summer-time brews.
