On tap at Black Rock this afternoon.
Looks decent enough. Clear copper colored body, small white head shrinks quite quickly, not much lacing.
Neutral aroma, nothing good, nothing bad.
On tasting, can tell right away that it's extremely well balanced, maybe even a little malt forward. Light hop notes, clean malt.
Mouth medium, finish lightly sweet with a touch of bitterness.
Overall, as a Brit, I'm loving the balance. Hop heads would likely hate this. If there was such a thing as an English Imperial IPA, this would be it
