I am trying this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight. It poured an almost opaque dark amber with off white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had subtle malt and rye notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet malt base with peat and grain presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
