Reddish amber color with a slight chill haze. Smaller head but it does leave many spots and streaks on the glass.
Semisweet caramel smell from the lightly roasted malt. A touch of iron. No notable hop.
The taste is drier than the smell although the malt remains toasted giving the initial taste a biscuity flavor. The hop is very present. Nicely balanced. The carbonation is on the high side which is further enhanced by the thinner body. The finish is crisp with the hop peaking. The aftertaste fades appropriately but also maintains a good balance throughout.
