T'was a comfortable effort to empty a pint can into a clear Imperial pint glass. Thankfully, there was no unruly foam to contend with. In fact, there's not much head at all. The color is orange-amber that seems to grow darker toward the bottom of the glass and it's opaque. An earthy hop-malt combination is the aroma. It also drinks that way, but there's a smokiness added to the earthiness in the taste. Fairly full of flavor, but not necessarily a pronounced hop bite, this has a light quality to the mouthfeel. It finishes hoppy, dry and clean. Not world-class, but not bad at all.

pours a hazy dark yellow color, thick white head. aroma is fairly mind for a NEIPA - but grassy and white grape fruitiness. similar flavor, moderate bitterness to balance. medium bodied.
