A blend of two varieties of cherries from Flemish fruit farmers. Blended with 30% cider. This spontaneous cider is fermented and matured in wood. Obtained from organic apples from Pajotse soil, using Norman varieties Kermerrien, Marsengien and Fréquin Rouge.
