Golden orange clear body with a fluffy cream colored head, plenty of spotted lacing. The smell has more sour citrus than the dainty rhubarb, mild cheesecloth funk rides along decent hay and big yeast. Taste has the rhubarb come out more, but still getting more citrus, lemon in particular. Otherwise much as the nose foretold. On the gentler side for the style, yeast is expressive, sneaky smooth with playful sourness and funk, artful. Just want more rhubarb!

Orange body with a fluffy cap of foam and spotty lace in the glass. Tart rhubarb and lemony citrus aromas, mild oak and brie rind. Juicy tart rhubarb, very natural with some citric acidity and earthiness in the periphery. Mellow and smooth feel, ample carb, not sharp, well balanced acidity. One of the better fruited lambics i've had so far from Boerenerf Eylenbosch.
