Murky yellow body, almost like pineapple juice with white hints and cap. Aromas are so fresh with the ripe peaches, bright oak, flowers, and mild barrel funk in the background. Taste is overwhelmed but sour peaches with a touch of apricot, oak is very sour here, not much else, nose way better. Feel is indeed sour and pretty acidic. This one has high potential, lay that bottle down in the cellar for 2 years at least and it could be really great. As is young the nose is incredible, but the taste is good but cut down by the feel as bit
