Cloudy pale yellow body with a white head. Smell is milder than expected: quince, stone fruit and white grape with bright oak. Taste is much the same, getting more lemon peel added, white grape note has a hint of vinegar. Feel is sour and mildly funky, but more vinous on the finish at least, light bodied
