Had on side pull tap. Clear golden body, big white head leaving behind tons of lacing. Smell and taste are clones: traditional czech hops lead the watery malts and bready yeast. Feel is hoppier for style, thinner body and very light with moderate crispness

Side pull tap hit at Cvikov brewpub in Old Town Prague.
Malty and bready on the nose.
Beautiful delivery! High cap on unfilteted gold brew.
Flavorful, light, refreshing.
Perfect delicate mouthfeel and low to medium carbonation.
Overall, supurb Czech sausage wash. Yum.
“We brew the classic unpasteurized Luž light 10 with the double-mash technology, using pilsner-type malt and Žatec hops. In comparison to the 12, the fermentation takes place a little faster with this recipe and the beer stays in the tanks for about one month. The liquor has a distinctly refreshing character with a pleasant longer finish of bitterness.
Alcohol content 4.2% vol., bitterness 24 EBU, EPM 10.4° plateau, color 9.3 EBC
