Had on side pull tap. Murky orangey amber body with a off-whtie head, blobs of lacing. Hoppy up front in nose, but plenty bready too and toasty malts and floral tones support. Taste is much the same, malt has some more nuance with a kiss of sweetness, yeast up to be a worthy dance partner with the hops. Feel is different from the others, not thin and short lived, yeast is fuller with hops weave in and out with sharp bitters

Side pull tap hit at Cvikov brewpub in Old Town Prague. Incredibly smooth & slightly bitter brew here. One of the best in the CZ, imo.,.
Klíč premium pale lager is brewed using the traditional two-mash process. Bottom fermentation at a low temperature takes place in an open vat, followed by maturation in lager tanks, which lasts a minimum of 40 days. The “key” is characterized by higher bitterness and fullness, which in this combination gives it a balanced malty-bitter taste. The recipe is created with regard to preserving the "old Bohemian" taste of beer, which is characterized by a golden to amber color and a higher fullness of taste with a malt finish.
Alcohol content: 4.8% vol., Bitterness: 32 EBU, EPM: 12.4 ° plato, Color: 12.8 EB
