Had on side pull tap. Crystal clear golden body, white head and plenty of lacing. Smells of hops, yeast and malt in that order of intensity, not much in complimentary tones here. Taste has a few though with lemon pith and minor lightly toasted grains. Malt base is underdeveloped for style, but the hops and yeast provide classic textures, but again found a beer from this brewery to be too thin

Side pull tap taste at Pivovar Cvikov brewpub in Old Town Prague.
The filtered, unpasteurized pale lager, the Hvozd 11, is characterized by a golden color that is highlighted by sparkling clarity. Fine filtration reduces the yeasty taste of this beer. Thanks to the fact that Hvozd is not pasteurized, the fresh and refreshing taste remains. Bitterness and fullness correspond.
Alcohol content 4.5% vol., bitterness 29 EBU, EPM 11.1 ° plateau, color: 10.9 EBC
