Blind-tasted except for the beer's name and brewery/country, zero reviews/lables read yet...
L- Amost beyond dark amber into vibrant orange chestnut. Pours as near as matters clear with a 5mm pale tan super-fine bubble creamy looking head. ps@+10mins, holds pretty well, forms lacing on the way down.
S- Very mild, I almost get nothing from this at all.
T- Not sure what to make of this. It has a bit of dryness, some bready notes, a hoppy-dry flourish which perhaps masks the malt. And that's about it, I struggle to find identifiable detail. It seems pretty trad all-in and on the slightly hoppier side to netral. TBH I was expecting a beer of this darker colour to pack a bit of a punchier taste.
F- It seems net-dry. Ie. there must be some malt here but the hops are that dry that net-net their impact is mostly removed.
O- Ok to drink and nothing 'wrong' but really no clear or memorable character. Shame as it looks really pretty damned good.
Review1959/scoring all done, now the reveal, I get to read the lables to see what I missed! ==> 6%, wow light-tasting fot it.
330ml bottle BB: 12/07/2021 £2.45 Bought from TremblingMadness, York/UK as part of a large pick-your own consignment to London.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
