Blind-tasted except for the beer's name and brewery/country, zero reviews below read (yet!)...
L- Deep amber, almost orange and pours with minor haze with a bit of sediment left in the bottle. 15mm cream coloured foamy head. ps@+10mins, holds well.
S- It seems mild, just some grains - though I could be a bit congested.
T- I'm not sure what style this is but it's notably hoppy dry that reminds me of an IPA. The hop profile is trad rather than a kaleidoscope of exotic fruits etc. Sufficient malts follow to part-balance.
F- Trad and notably hoppy dry, is this perhaps a dark Pilsener?
O- A bracingly refreshing beer for a summer's day. I can't decide whether this is more like a darker Pilsener Urquell or trad Brit Pale Ale. Hoppier than I'd usually choose, but it would suit plenty of others.
Review #1917/scoring all done, now the reveal, I get to read the lables to see what I missed! ==> Nothing to add, the lable is all in ...Czech I believe.
330ml bottle BB: 24/05/2021 £1.50/Reduced. Per the website: 'Bottled with a crazy 2 month expiry' - So I'm thinking this beer is unlikely to get exported much! Bought from TremblingMadness, York/UK as part of a large pick-your own consignment to London.
