500ml bottle in Kaufbeuren, Germany. It’s a clear, golden hue and a nice, frothy white head that adds to its visual appeal. The aroma is noted as mild and malty with subtle hints of bread and grains, making it inviting without being overpowering. Taste is much the same as the aroma but more intensive. Its a light to medium body, making it refreshing and easy to sip, especially on warm days.

Picked up a half liter bottle dated best by 18.07.24 for just over a Euro at the local Kaufland during some grocery shopping. On the sweeter side of the style, with a grainy malt bill and a bit of a barny finish. Very subtle hop presence. It's certainly a classic Helles but compared to the other one I just had from Hirsch, I much prefer that one over this take on the style. Very drinkable, full-bodied for the style, and an enjoyable beer, but wouldn't buy again with so many better options available.

On tap. Clear golden color with off-white head. Aroma is mostly malty with bread crust notes and a bit of brown sugar. Taste follows with a solid malt backbone, bready notes and a leafy hop bitterness on the finish to balance the sweetness. Medium body with medium to high carbonation. Overall the flavors are balanced but the initial sweetness and the bitterness on the finish seem like competing with each other for supremacy.
