Appearance: Pours a light yellow-gold body with good clarity and a nice, snow white head a few inches in height. Modest lacing present.
Smell: Chiefly, a hoppy nose, though there are some remote pilsner malt hints of soup crackers. Hops yield notes of citrus, berry, herbal resins, light cedar shaving.
Taste: A light, clean pils body, a tad crackery, grainy with minimal sweetness. Wrapped in a resiny, lightly dank, earthy quality are the hop flavors tasting of lime-grapefruit, gritty gooseberry, cedar. Medium degree of bitterness. A light, easy-breezy finish with some lingering bitterness and hop flavor.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation with sufficient zip about it.
Overall: A well-built pilsner with some contemporary hop character. That's why I bought a four-pack of 'em.
