Amber orange color with no head.
Aroma with notes of honey, sake, malt sweetness, lemongrass and spices.
Flavor with notes of sake, cloves, malt sweetness, lemongrass, star anis and oranges.
Medium dry aftertaste with a low bitterness.
Light body with low carbonation. Alcohol of 8% is very well disguised.
Interesting Witbier that delivers not only sake nuances, but also a good deal of spices.
