Dunkel means dark. Weiss implies a beer made largely from malted wheat. This is a dark German wheat beer. Mahogany brown in color and medium bodied. There is a distinctive banana character which comes from the classic German wheat yeast strain. Creamy, fluffy texture, and light finish makes this quite quaffable.
