Pale, clean and crisp hybrid. Perfect for lake drinking on a hot summer day. Kolsch is a German style from Koln, Germany. Uses an ale yeast, but is cold fermented like a lager. Subtle hop character with subdued sweetness that is delicately balanced with a refreshing finish. In Kansas, everyone has a lake they retreat to on hot summer weekends. We named this for the marina where we spend a lot of them.
