Classic American craft beer style. Easy-drinking and approachable. Balanced and clean. Bittered with Zeus hops from are friends right down the street in Tonganoxie, Porter Valley Hops. We dry hop this one with Calypso hops just to be a little different. They add soft floral notes and nice pear-like fruitiness. We also use this as a base beer style for some of our more experimental beers.
