Irresponsible tick #7
A) Quite pretty crimson; mostly clear. One finger head thins and leaves tight, speckled lace (with thicker lace further down the glass).
S) Dry rye note in the aroma, earthy hops and some toasted bread.
T) Pretty good rye taste rounded with a touch of fruit sweetness and earthy hops.
M) Medium body with appropriate (read: moderate) carbonation. Somewhat bitter finish.
D) My favorite so far.
