On tap at the brewery - Flossmoor, IL.
Pitch black body is capped by a thin brown head. Aroma is intense roasted barley and dark chocolate. Flavors are bold with notes of charred roasted barley, French roast coffee, dark chocolate, and bitter earthy hops. Full bodied, ample carbonation, char and roast lingers on the finish. This was good but there are so many great Imperial stouts out there that this would get lost in the mix.

Oh man....this is a superior beer. It pours a nearly opaque with tan head that is leaving a nice lace. The scent carries a light roast with a hoppy kick. The taste is a roasty hoppy mix. The mouthfeel is fuller in body with subtle carbonation. Overall....very nice.

Had 2 from the teet and brought a growler home. What a great beer. I enjoyed it more than the barrel age Pullman brown.
