Brewed in collaboration with John Hannafan from Siebel Institute of Technology, this amber lager Marzen style is perfect for fall---slight caramel and beautiful ruby red color. Perfect for pairing with burgers.

Taste: rich, very smooth, semi sweet, roasted malts, caramel, crisp with clean finish. mild but fresh malt grain nose. Deep copper hue, clear, cream color foamy head and some lace on the glass. Medium, leaning toward Med/light body. i like this version and the slight sweetness would pair well with many dishes. 25 IBUs
