Brewmaster Matt described this as a bock with extra orange blossom and clover blossom honey, which was fermented with yeast from their Oktoberfest, then finished with ale yeast. The result is orange in color, and still packs a good honey taste. A good big beer. I had someone sitting next to me who wandered in because he had gotten on the wrong train. Matt & I convinced him to try this out, and he said his world had just been opened up from a lifetime of Heineken and Corona! Another heathen converted!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
