This arrived with a fluffy, light-tan head that had decent retention throughout. The color was a slightly cloudy medium-amber. The nose had a bug, hoppy presence. The mouthfeel was medium with a lot of hops flavor present on the tongue. The finish had a great, dry bitterness. The aforementioned head created a really nice lacing in the glass.

Wow, this new Summit Dwarf Hop is amazing, and this beer really puts in your face. Beer pours a deep orange color, with a lacy, white head which lasted till the bottom of the glass. You can smell the hops from a few feet away from the glass...awesome aroma. The hop gives the beer powerful flavors of citrus, pine, and a hint of grapefruit. Very well balanced, and has a good drinkability. This is a great beer to introduce you to this new variety of hop. Enjoy it while it lasts...

(Served in an American pint glass)

A- This beer has a warm orangish-brown body with a yellowish-white head that sits on top.

S- The smell of big green hops is pungent with a orange note and hints of fresh sage and earthiness.

T- The flavor of citrus hops pops right away with notes of pine and a big grapefruit finish. There is a soft alcohol taste in the finish that gives the hops a boost but there is mostly flavor and not much bitterness to the hops. As it warms or my taste buds numb some flavors of sweet caramel roasted malt comes through and has some good contrast to the big hops.

M- This beer has a medium mouthfeel with a slight slippery texture. There is a soft alcohol heat at the finish, which is nice and doesn't have any fusel qualities.

D- This beer has some nice complex big hops and a sweet malt backbone to back it up.
