Served in a 12oz tumbler at Flossmeer Station 8/18/07. Thanks to HeatherAnn for the assist! Listed on the beer menu as 5% abv.
A: Unfiltered, cloudy, and pale-yellow in color. Rocky 1 1/2 finger head that leaves some very pretty lace.
S: Citrus and spice. Very interesting.
T: Spicy! Big banana and clove flavors with the welcome addition of lightly toasted malt. Reminds me of banana nut bread.
M: Very smooth and creamy with a slightly tart citrus finish.
D: Delicious! An excellent summer beer.

On tap at Flossmoor station, served in a pint glass. This beer poured a hazy golden color with a small white head that quickly faded, leaving some faint lacing around the glass. The aroma was doughy yeast, light citrus, and a bit of sweet malt. The flavor was very smooth and crisp. It consisted of some orange and lemon, along with a nice breadiness. Very refreshing. An excellent summer beer to enjoy out on the patio.
