Had on tap at Floosmoor Station tonight.
Appeared a cloudy dark golden-orange with white head. A little bit of lacing down the glass. Served with an orange slice that I removed.
Aroma was of banana, a bit of bubble gum, some subtle clove, and a lemony citrus aroma.
Flavor was first of banana and some spicy cloves, then it finished with a zesty ctirusy bitterness.
Mouthfeel was good, light in body. Very crisp.
Very drinkable Hefeweizen. Flossmoor Station impresses me yet again.

On tap at Flossmoor Station and served in a shaker. This hefe poured an evenly hazed golden orange hue with a thin head of creamy off-white head that slighly lasted. Lots of spiderweb lacing left around the glass. The aroma of the beer was made up of light citrus and bananas with some spicy yeast esthers. The flavor included banana, cloves, lemon zest, and a bit of malted wheat. The mouthfeel was light-bodied and easy-drinking with light carbonation. A really nice hefe. Subtle and sessionable. I can't wait to take home a growler to get me through a hot day.
