On tap at the brewery - Flossmoor, IL.
Dark brown body with a thin & foamy brown head. Aroma is roasted coffee & barley, chocolate, vanilla, and earthy hops. Nice flavors consisting of coffee, cocoa, vanilla, toasted grain, caramel, vanilla bean, char, and peppery earthy hops. Lighter body is very smooth with moderate carbonation, well balanced in flavor and finish. Actually a pretty easy drinking beer with a nice addition of coffee, cocoa, and vanilla bean.
