(Served in a fluted pilsner)
A- There is a clear pale yellow body with a creamy off-white head and a gentle carbonation supporting it.
S- The full fruity clove smell has banana notes that blend in and the aroma changes to a bubble gum clove blend as the beer warms.
T- There is a bread dough flavor with a full but blended banana clove flavor that is just a bit spicy. The finish is a nice green hop prick that works well with the yeast flavors but has a nice finish note.
M- This beer has a light mouthfeel with a tight light fizz but this beer is still very filling.
D- This is a great kristal hefe with some nice full American hops in the finish that really makes this a great beer to drink but it is still a meal in a glass.
