This is a great little bock. Served this in a footed ale-style glass, left a nice off-white head and a beautiful dark copper color. Smell is a crisp, sweet malt. Taste is dominated by the malts, but a slight hop presence is notable as well as a clean yeast taste. Carbonation is medium, drinkability is way up there. This would make an excellent session beer.
