100 years of Flossmoor! In collaboration with our wonderful town’s Centennial birthday bash, we whipped up a delicious all Centennial hopped pale.

Fermented with East Coast ale yeast for a sweeter body, this crushable pale ale offers a citrus and herbal aroma with a balanced bitterness. Cheers to 100 years!

L: hazy amber-yellow colored ale is capped by a frothy off-white head
S: orange & grapefruit zest, pine, fruit, lights caramel
T: orange, grapefruit, apricot, nectarine, pine, light caramel, pale grain
F: medium body, ample carbonation, finishes pretty well balanced with moderate bitterness
O: this was really good. It’s been awhile since I picked up something from Flossmoor.
