Irresponsible tick #3
A) Very cloudy; golden orange color. One finger head drops to a thin sheet with ringed clumps of lace. Lots of lace by the end.
S) Clean aroma of lightly toasted wheat, clove and banana bread. Straight up smells like banana bread.
T) Flavor-wise this is pretty much just wheat and mild earthy hops. Maybe a faint hint of clove on the finish.
M) Very smooth feel. Carbonation is strikingly low; almost too low.

Glass: Weizen glass
Review from notes
Served with a modest clean, white head over a hazy, golden-yellow body. Carbonation is visible, streaming along the sides, and the head leaves some noticeable lacing along the sides of the glass.
Aroma has intense banana, noticeable yeast, a bit of wheat bread and bubblegum tucked away in the back, and slight orange-lemon citrus.
Flavor is overall sweet with mild tartness, features strong banana, yeast, and wheat bread flavors. A subtle tartness appears at mid-palate and beyond, blending into a satisfying mild citrus close. Generally refreshing and a very good flavor.
Beer is medium to medium-light in body, with medium levels of carbonation, resulting in a crisp, refreshing beer. Finish is try, in line with the noticed tartness.
