Served in a tumbler at the brewpub.

Gotta love a beer commemorating the apocalypse BEFORE it happens... Anyway, this stuff pours a cloudy straw topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises orange zest, coriander, banana, black pepper, and light cracked wheat. The taste brings in more of the same, along with grass, light Belgian yeast, light lemon rind, and a bit more wheat. The body is a very light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a sorta/kinda dry finish. Overall, a nice little wit. Like the 21st, this beer may not set the world on fire, but it's a thoroughly enjoyable beverage nonetheless.
