Served in a tumbler at the brewpub.
Finally Lakefront's monopoly on pumpkin lagers is busted (though, for all I know, there's plenty of 'em out there I've just never heard of...). This stuff pours a clear amber-brass topped by a finger of off-white foam. The nose comprises clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, brown sugar, light vanilla bean, and some mild caramel. The taste brings in more of the same, along with a sorta/kinda grassy bitterness tossed in for good measure. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a slick feel. Overall, a nice little pumpkin lager, a welcome addition to a style I wish were more prevalent.
