1/2 gallon growler.
The color of murky fresh apple sqeezins. More red than brown. Creamy tan head that fades to a thin layer in a few minutes.
A malty, bready aroma is most dominant. The taste is very malty too. Deep roasted flavors of dark chocolate. Sweet taste with very little hop bitterness. Nice and smooth. Finishes somewhat dry with a slight bittersweet aftertaste.
Nice body and light carbonation make for a very enjoyable spring beer. What a wonderful time of the beer.
