A - Hazy dark yellow with a white foam
S - Light tart lemon and straw with a light funk to it
T - Tart green apple, lemon, and lactic acid with a light wheat and straw presence. The flavor is good and well balanced between the tart fruity flavors and the white vinegar
M - Light body with good carbonation. Really nice to drink. Light tartness lingers on the finish
O - Really a nice and soft Berliner with light tartness. Really easy to drink and great on a hot day.

Draft served in a fluted tulip glass, quick review from notes.
After having seconds at the Great Taste, I was happy to find it locally at Village Tap.
Pale pastel yellow color, hazy body with champagne streamers of carbonation visible along the edges. Dense and creamy head of white foam, plenty of spindly lacing coating the glass.
Soft aroma of lemon and minerals, dry wheat. Very clean and appealing.
Tart and lemony, very smooth and creamy with no sharpness. Finishes clean and dry on the palate. Lightly wheaty in the middle. Light bodied and moreish, this a truly excellent Berliner that demands another glass.
