This West Coast Style IPA is hopped to delight the beer drinkers everywhere. Light premium grains give this straw yellow brew a backbone that holds the hop bitterness together with the delightful aroma’s from the dry hops. A rotating hop selection is used, so each batch is a unique flavor to enjoy.

Look: It pours golden and clear with a white head. Head retention is very good.
Smell: Up front there is an interesting sweet blackberry aroma. It has a grainy sweet quality with very low pine.
Taste: It has a sweet blackberry flavor. It has grainy sweetness There are some stone fruit notes with very low pine and very low flora.
Feel: It has a medium body and the bitterness is moderate with just a bit of a bitter twinge to it.
Overall, the flavor combinations worked well for me and it was quick easy drinking in spite of the seven percent alcohol by volume.
