This malt forward pale ale is a perfect drinking ale. Caramel malts give flavor and add body to this American interpretation of an English ale. The bitterness from the cascade hops blends well with the malt body to give a tasty drink.

Look: It pours amber with an off white head. Head retention is moderately good.
Smell: The aroma is crisp with stone fruit and grainy malt. There are some low melon qualities with a touch of caramel.
Taste: The caramel is stronger in the flavor as the beer is malt forward. There are stone fruit elements in support with a touch of floral and pine.
Feel: It has a medium body with a moderately bitter finish.
