Aroma: strong pils malt in the nose and light bitterness.
Flavor: a light bitterness up front, middle and back, just light a Helles should be, but this bitterness is kind of a boring, as if they used a bittering hop only and almost no Noble hops. There's also a sweet Pils flavor but not too much. The website says Hallertauer Hersbrucker hops, but I think they could've gone with more flavorful ones in addition to this.
Aftertaste: Pils and bitterness, but again, nothing flavorful in the bitterness.
Mouthfeel: round, nice but not too exciting, almost light and inoffensive.
Overall, good but kind of bland.

One bottle purchased from Gausler Getranktmarkt in Sulzbach-Rosenberg.
.5L bottle served lager glass.
A- Pours a clear deep gold; short pillowy head with moderate retention. moderate patchy lacing.
S- Touch of malt, lightly sweet waifs.
T- Light breadiness, some herbal notes and hops. Light bitterness at the finish, but relatively crisp for a Helles.
M- mild bodied, mild carbonations, relatively crisp.
D- Pretty solid beer; definately a better quality than some of the other light lagers I've sampled.
